Centenary Organ Recital, followed by Choral Evensong

Wednesday 21st October 2015 marked the centenary of the dedication and opening recital, given by Dr Walter Alcock. To commemorate 100 years of the Hill, there will be a short organ recital, given by Martin Kemp and Edward Hewes, as a prelude to All Hallows' Patronal Festival Choral Evensong at 5.00 p.m.

Music for the recital: Alcock: Introduction and Passacaglia; Reger: Te Deum; Widor: Meditation from Symphonie I; Duruflé: Fugue sur le thème due Carillon des heures de la Cathédrale de Soissons.

Music for Evensong to be Stanford: Justorum Animae; Wood in D; Bainton: And I Saw a New Heaven; Dupré: Tantum Ergo.
